Designed by a professional braider, the Braider's Friend™ provides riders with the necessary tools and knowledge for creating perfect looking braids on their horse's mane. The Braider's Friend™ combines the knowledge of an easy to follow video on braiding with a waist kit containing everything needed braiding, including a comb, clip, pull-through, seam ripper, scissors, a water bottle, a filled hairspray bottle, a filled finish spray bottle, and one set of pre-cut yearn. Just add water to the water bottle and you can braid. It is the only ready-to-use braiding kit on the market today.
The Braider's Friend™ video or DVD details how to prepare a mane for braiding and how to braid for hunters, dressage, or eventers. There is no equivalent video on the market. This video includes the secrets professional braiders know for making perfect looking braids that last, instructing the viewer on tips such as how to determine the length to keep the horse's mane, and how to make the braids tight, even and consistent. It includes information on how to finish off the braid in both the hunter style and the French knot, as used for dressage. In addition, it provides instruction on how to French braid the forelock. Most importantly, it gives secrets to making those braids last!
